Nine in a row from the Hornets ended by the Warriors

Baron Davis returned to New Orleans but now wearing a Golden State shirt, and helped the Warriors to beat the Hornets on their own patio 116-103.

Davis played for New Orleans for two seasons and is still fond of that city, he even has a house there and comes from time to time either to laid back or to find ways of helping the people that were victims of the Hurricane Katrina.

But besides being stimated by some, avid fans of the Hornets only had insults for him, he was expecting to get disrespecting hiss, and in fact he did.

"Nobody likes to get booed, it wasn't really motivation. It was kind of distracting, but at the same time you've just got deal with it.” Davis said.

The 28 year old point guard finished with 23 points while teammate Stephen Jackson added 26, Monta Ellis with 16, Matt Barnes with 17 and Andris Biedrins with 14, on the Hornets, Chris Paul had 28 points and 12 assists, Peja Stojakovic finished with 20 and David West with with 24 and 13 rebounds.

With this win, the Warriors are ending with a record of nine victories by the Hornets, which have lost only 3 games in the past 20 matches.

Twolves fell to the Bulls yesterday and awaits for revenge tonight at home

Yesterday was a good day for some of the weakest teams in the NBA, first the Sonics took down the Spurs 88-85 and the Bulls managed to win at the United Center against a Twolves squad that hasn’t being on the right track lately

On the Bulls, top scorers were Kirk Hinrich who contributed with 27 points and Andres Nocioni ended with 18, while for the Timberwolves, Al Jefferson finished the night with 20 points and 12 rebounds.

Chicago had the advantage 21-15 at the end of the first quarter thanks to 10 points by Nocioni, then the Twolves rallied for the lead 33-27 at the middle of the second, but the Bulls were at the top again 43-37 at the end of the first half. Then Minnesota carried on for a 55-55 tie on the third, but could not took any leads after that and so allowing Nocioni and and Hinrich to gave the Bulls the advantage for good.

The Bulls won in despite of being plagued with injuries, as Luol Deng, Ben Gordon and Chris Duhon had to watch the game from the bench and none of them will be playing tonight again at the Target Center in the rematch against the Twolves.

Duhon came back and play a couple of games but he realized he was just not ready to keep up with the line of the game just yet.

C-Du really wants to play, but we don't want to put him in a risk situation, I think with a day or two of rest we can get him back and he'll be fine.'' Said Bulls coach Jim Boylan.

Let’s see if the Bulls can keep up with their good rhythm and achieve a second victory tonight.

Johan Santana headed to New York

Are the Mets the final destination for Johan Santana? Well, they are not the only team interested in the Venezuelan pitcher, but they are surely the most needed of his services. New York is looking to bring more credibility to the franchise, and help the team to become into a championship contender.

As of now, they have offered the Twins 4 or 5 players into the deal, possibly including Carlos Gomez and Mike Pelfrey. Though the Twins are looking to acquire Fernando Martinez but the Mets are reluctant to release him.

The Twins are looking to close negotiations and a final decision might come as soon as next week, and Santana, who is possibly the current best pitcher in baseball, and who has produced an 82-33 record in the last 5 seasons, also has offers from the Red Sox who are trading either pitcher Jon Lester or Jacoby Ellsbury and a 6 year deal involving $150 millions, an offer a little higher than the $80 millions the Twins offered him to stay.

Independently of who stays with the ace, any team will be proud to count with Santana’s services, to prove it, let’s mention the 2 Cy Young Awards from 2004 and 2006 for unanimous voting and the Gold Glove award in 2007.

But if no deal takes place, Minnesota might keep Santana for spring training, until an acceptable deal shows up for the left handed.

Lakers fell to the Cavs for their 3rd loss in a row

The Lakers are missing the services of Andrew Bynum, as Kobe Bryant has not being able to save his team from losing their 3rd game in a row since Bynum got injured, this is their longest losing streak of the season and their 5th defeat against the Cavs in the same number of recent meetings.

Lebron James went into a scoring struggle with Kobe (scoring 9 of his 33) on the fourth period, where James scored 14 of his 41 points, giving the Cavs their 12th victory in 15 games. It was indeed a face-to-face match between the top NBA scorers, but only one celebrated at the end, this time was Lebron.

By the third, the Lakers had a 9 point advantage over Cleveland, but were not able to hold it for much longer as they started to miss alot of shots in the 4th.

Lacking of consistency on the Los Angeles forwards is what gave the Cavs the final victory of 98-95, just an example is Lamar Odom, who came up with the Lakers first 8 of the Los Angeles first 16 points but ended with just 14 and Kobe who had a decent night with 33 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists, could managed it to make 8 of his first nine shots, but he vanished at the end, scoring only one of seven.

Phil Jackson is looking for find the formula for making his team a non-Bynum-dependant and to raise the spirit of his players, he’ll have enough time for sure during the coming Lakers nine-game road trip, just after their last home game against the Knicks on Tuesday.

Celtics dropped a 11 game-winning streak by losing to the Raptors

The Celtics grabbed their first lost in 11 games against the Raptors 114-112. This was a game between the NBA's best 3-point-shooting team (Toronto) and the best team on the league on defense against 3 pointers, Boston.

The Raptors had 4 players scoring more than 20 points including Jose Calderon with 24 and 13 assists, Anthony Parker with 23, Chris Bosh also with 23 and Andrea Bargnani with 20 points while for the Celtics Kevin Garnett finished with a season-high 26 points and 7 rebounds, Ray Allen along with Paul Pierce each had 19 points and Tony Allen ended with 15 points.

It was a game about who’s leading who since the Raptors had the edge 57-55 in the first half due to the bunch of 3 pointers thrown by Toronto, but the Celtics also had their own ration of 3 pointer shots and were leading in the third 91-84.

At the fourth and with 10:31 left on the clock, Boston was still holding the numbers on their favor 94-86 but soon the Raptors took the advantage thanks to some free throws by Jose Calderon, then with 14.9 seconds left, Ray Allen threw a 17-footer to put the things 112-111 with Boston leading, but Jose Calderon gave the Raptors the victory by converting a layup and finishing with a 2 pointer free throw thanks to a fault by Rajon Rondo.

"It was really important to beat them - so we could see if we could, we knew how to play them after already playing them three times." Calderon said.

Kentucky beats Volunteers at the Rupp Arena

Number 3 Tennessee missed their 11 game winning streak by losing to a Kentucky team that has had a turmoiled season on the hands of coach Billy Gillispie.

The Volunteers had one of their worst games scoring only 66 points, 20 below their game average, thanks to the steadfast defense applied by the Wildcats which has being a Gillispie’s trademark since he coached at Texas A&M.

"They missed some shots tonight they usually make, I thought our defense was pretty good. They are so hard to guard. We did an outstanding job." Gillispie said.

Top five teams are not easy to beat, and this victory meant alot to the Wildcats since this is the first team on that list of outstanding squads that they defeat since taking down then-No. 4 Louisville in December 2005.

The Volunteers had the edge 43-33 but the Wildcats knew better and tied the game 50-50 with just 11 minutes left on the clock. The trade of the lead lasted a few more minutes until Ramel Bradley scored for 4 free throws with just 1:30 left to play and gave Kentucky the victory 66-72.

Top scorers for the Wildcats were Patrick Patterson with 20 points and 8 rebounds, Bradley ended with 16 and Perry Stevenson threw for 14 and 7 rebounds. On the Volunteers, Chris Lofton ended with 22 points and broke the SEC record for career 3s with 367 set by former Arkansas guard Pat Bradley.

It seems like the dark road is coming to an end for Kentucky since this is the second time they win to a high ranked team in less than two weeks as they beat then-undefeated Vanderbilt in double overtime on Jan. 12.

Lakers recover from defeat to the Suns with victory over the Nuggets

After losing to the Suns, The Lakers had a boost of confidence this past Monday by defeating the Nuggets 116-99, with a less-selfish Kobe Bryant who was shorter 10 points of his mark of 27 per game and scored only 17 points, but in contrast to his lacking of baskets, he had a season-best 11 assists. Kobe’s scoring duties where shadowed by a Denver defense who double-teamed him every time he got the ball.

But yesterday wasn’t about stopping Kobe, he had a better plan, to pass the ball, and so the Nuggets fell in the Lakers game and didn’t knew how to stop a team that showed a different but still effective planning.

"The measure of a great player is how much better he makes his teammates, Kobe was very good at that tonight." Lakers coach Phil Jackson said.

Los Angeles received Denver at the Staples Center with a team plagued with injuries, first, Andrew Bynum is still 7 weeks from playing again due to a kneecap injury, Trevor Ariza down for a broken bone in his right foot among a couple others.

Derek Fisher ended with a season-high 28 points, Jordan Farmar had 19 and Lamar Odom ended with 15 points and 11 rebounds, Kwame Brown, who was booed at the same court just a few days before in the game against the Suns, had a different night, scoring a low 7 points but ending with a season-best 11 rebounds.

On the Nuggets, Carmelo Anthony got injured after landing in Kobe’s foot, and since he is fourth in scoring in the NBA with 25.8 on average, he was well missed.

But as always, Allen Iverson had a good night with 28 points and Kenyon Martin did his thing, finishing with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

1 out of 3 for Tynes and the Giants are going to the Superbowl

The two teams with the most rookies in the league played a deathly match at Lambeau Field for the NFC championship in what might have been Brett Favre’s last try to make it to a Superbowl. It seemed like the cold that reigned yesterday night at Wisconsin really took on his performance.

The Giants beat the Packers 23-20 in a game that could’ve being won by New York within 4 seconds left for the final with a 36 yard field goal by kicker Lawrence Tynes who also missed a 42 yard kick before that, the game was taken to over time, and the turmoiled Tynes could find himself and gave the victory to the Giants with a 47 yard field goal that sent New York to their first Superbowl appearance since 2000.

The score could’ve being worst but the Giants missed alot of chances for scoring, since they approached to the Packs 20 yard line twice in the first half but only converted field goals.

Eli Manning, a player that has being overly shadowed by his older brother’s talent, could come up with another error-free match and will play this years Superbowl instead of Payton Manning, who won with the Colts in last year’s meeting against the Chicago Bears.

Even though when the Giants really didn’t had a great season, still could handle it to made it through here by beating great rivals that were potential candidates for the final match as the Cowboys. Now, can they beat the Pats? That would be an excellent end of season for a team that nobody believed in.

Cavs had revenge against the Spurs after losing 4-0 against them in last years playoffs

The Cavs won in the first match between them and the Spurs since last years finals on which San Antonio whipped out Cleveland 4-0 in playoffs, so it felt like a deserved revenge for Lebron James and his teammates.

Cleveland is doing great this season, with nine victories on 11 games, this win meant their 3rd in a row, while San Antonio has lost four games at home and has dropped to 5-5 in the overall past 10 matches. The game was hermetically played ending with a final score of 88-90, with 1:34 left, the Spurs were leading 86-85 but Daniel Gibson scored and gave Cleveland the lead, then Duncan matched the game 88-88 and Lebron James scored the winning points with 33 seconds left.

Manu Ginobili could have taken the game to an over time with 6 seconds on the clock but instead of calling for an over time, he launched a potential game-tying shot from behind the free throw line and missed.

But instead of coming with claims, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich defended Ginobili’s decision: "I'd do that 10 out of 10 times, you're not going to get a better shot than Manu or Tony going one-on-one down the court." He said.

Top scorers for the Cavs: Zydrunas Ilgauskas has 17 points, Brazilian Anderson Varejao ended with 12 points and 14 rebounds and Lebron James finished with 27, while on the Spurs, Ginobili ended with 31 points, Tony Parker scored 23 and Tim Duncan added 20 more.

An overview at the Australian Open

Very disputed matches at the Australian Open which is currently being held in Melbourne, Venus Williams won to Camille Pin and advanced to the third round of the competition, now she’s playing No. 31 Sania Mirza from India. Venus had a rough night as she was ill from the stomach and finished the night with he finished with 44 unforced errors to 27 winners.

On men’s tennis, defending champion Roger Federer defeated his off-court friend Fabrice Santoro, who broke the record imposed by Andre Agassi of 61 Grand Slam tournaments contested, it looked like if it was just a friendly match instead of a game with no return for one of them, in this care Santoro, who said of Federer that he considers his tennis as nearly as perfect. Now Federer is going for his third consecutive Australian Open title.

Andy Roddick took down 54th-ranked Michael Berrer and will meet another German in the third round, Philipp Kohlschreiber. On his side, Rafael Nadal will meet 88th-ranked Florent Serra from France, with things like that, Roddick might have to face Nadal on quarter finals.

The Russian Nikolay Davydenko who is currently being investigated in relationship to a betting fraud scandal involving match-fixing, defeated Frenchman Nicolas Mahut easily with a final score of 6-4, 6-0, 6-3.

In other results, Maria Sharapova defeated Lindsay Davenport 6-1, 6-3, this was a second round match that saw two Grand Slams champions and former number ones playing at their best. Also, Serena Williams put everything on the court to come up with a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Chinese Yuan Meng.

Overall really good games involving the best of the world, there are many games to be played still and in my personal opinion, Federer might repeat and hold his championship title this time.

Chargers arriving full with injuries to play the Patriots for the AFC championship

The Chargers still don’t believe themselves, they defeated the defending NFL champions and now are going for the AFC championship game against the Patriots, but there is a low point to his story, as Philip Rivers is injured with a sprained right knee that he suffered in the third quarter when he landed in a perilous way just after completing a 56-yard pass to Darren Sproles for a touchdown against Indianapolis.

San Diego is not arriving to this game in the best of conditions as coach Norv Turner is not sure about Rivers playing, and Antonio Gates who dislocated his left big toe in the game against the Titans is not at his best shape either, we can also sum up to this that two-time NFL rushing champion LaDainian Tomlinson is also coming from an injury and might not play at his best.

Rivers left the game against the Colts after completing 14 of 19 passes for 264 yards and 3 touchdowns, then Billy Volek took on the quarterback task and scored the winning touchdown.

Even though the Chargers are a big underdog against the undefeated Patriots, they think they are in better shape than when they fell to New England in the second game for the regular season.

"Obviously it was a long time ago from week two, but it's still going to be a heck of a challenge, and it's just a great opportunity to get a chance to play against possibly the greatest team to ever play." Tomlinson said.

Kings defeat the Mavs by 2 points

Kevin Martin was the key for the Kings victory against the Mavs, this was Martin’s second game after coming from six weeks out of the courts due to a groin injury. In just 28 minutes he converted 38 points that were decisive at the end.

"For me it's just basketball, I always felt like I could come back and play. It was just a matter of where my wind was. I told coach, 'I can only give you 28 minutes a night right now.' He said, 'As long as they're good." Martin said. "

With a very tight final score of 122-120 the Kings are ending with a streak of 6 straight losses against Dallas and also ended with the mark of 7 victories in a row for the Mavs.

But all the glory goes to John Salmons who scored the winning basket with just 2.4 seconds remaining in the clock and finished scoring 14 of his 22 points on the fourth quarter and he is averaging 22 points and 4.7 assists per game.

The Mavs are an outstanding team, but mostly on the offensive end, they have had a lot of problems this season defending and this was clear yesterday night since they let the Kings to score at their pace, a signal that things are getting worst for Dallas since they held 10 straight games without allowing their rival to score more than 100 points.

The Kings didn’t count with the help of point guard Mike Bibby who went under surgery and has missed all 36 games of the season and forward Ron Artest who missed the last nine games due to an injured right elbow, they both are recovered and expected to help Sacramento against Toronto on Wednesday.

Chargers takes out defending champions Colts

It seems like a story hard to believe, but yes, the defending NFL champions, Indianapolis fell to San Diego 28-24 on Sunday night. It is amazing how a team can come from the bottom and make it to the playoffs, as the Chargers had a really unstable season, they lost 3 of their first 4 games and started to look better by November, when they won 8 in a row.

It is more surprising to know that the Chargers defeated the Colts without one of their most important starters, Antonio Gates, who was down due to a bad toe and NFL’s rushing leader LaDainian Tomlinson hurting with a knee injury saw little action.

The task of taking the Chargers down came in the hands of people like quarterback Billy Volek and tailback Michael Turner who helped their team to keep alive for next weekend's AFC title game.

"Michael stepped up and was great, Billy stepped up and was great. The guts and poise of this team really showed. I was hoping the ups and downs of this season would pay off for us, and I think they did. We handled it great, and we just kept playing." Philip Rivers said. Rivers had a decent night and threw for 264 yards and three touchdowns despite injuries.

This will be the first time that Chargers coach Norv Turner, takes a team to a conference championship game and it will be against a team that is currently undefeated, the Patriots, in one of the best games of the season.

Capitals Alex Ovechkin received record extension-contract of $124 millions

22 year old Russian Alex Ovechkin has signed the biggest contract in NHL history; the Washington Capitals extended his contract for 13 years for a 9 figure income of $124 million. Even though this is the best contract in terms of money, it is not the longest, as Rick DiPietro signed for 15 years with the New York Islanders.

Ted Leonsis, the president of the Capitals is committed to restructure his team and he is trusting Ovechkin as the cornerstone of his plans. "I'm a risk-taker, and if you're going to make a long-term investment, who else would you do it with?” Leonsis said.

Ovechkin will receive $9 millions for the first six years and then the sum will increase to $10 millions for the rest of the 13 year contract.

To have received the best contract in NHL is also a load of pressure but Ovechkin is more fund of hockey than money. The star winger was the number one overall pick in the 2004 draft, and he has assist the Capitals this season with 32 goals, helping Washington to recover from the league's worst record in a playoff race.

Another player who received a lump amount for an eight-year contract is Jaromir Jagr who in 2001 received $88 millions, but Ted Leonsis said that this two contracts will not be the biggest ones, he’s sure that there would be a few that will surpass these.

Ovechkin has accumulated 130 goals in 2 1/2 seasons, a very good mark for a relatively young player, we’ll see if he can really focus on the game and forget about the cash.

"Hockey is my life, and money is money. ... If you think about money, you stop playing hockey." he said.

The Bobcats ended with Celtics 9 in a row

The Bobcats really surprised everybody when they defeated the Celtics 95-83 for Boston’s fourth loss of the season on Wednesday night.

Jason Richardson took the handle of his team by scoring 34 points while on the Celtics, Kevin Garnett scored 10 less for 24.

The Celtics came from 9 victories in a row and it prevented them from its bid for the fastest start in team history to 30 wins they are 29-4 while the Boston team from the 1959-60 era started 30-4 before winning the NBA title.

"We aren't going to win every game of the season, we have to expect everybodies best, and it was one of Charlotte's best games." Paul Pierce said.

Boston really helped to the Bobcats victory by scoring only 42 percent of their shots Richardson led Charlotte on one of his best nights of the season.

"I'm not surprised because we're a pretty good team, it just doesn't show in our record." Richardson said.

The Celtics had the advantage on the opening of the game and led 35-24 but the Bobcats responded with 14 points to make it 45-41 by half time, by the third the score was 72-65, the Boston pulled to 83-76 but at the end Charlotte knew better.

Bobcats next rival are the Mavs who came from a victory against the Pistons, and the Celtics will visit New Yersey to play Jason Kidd and the Nets, I think Dallas might have a slight advantage to Charlotte as they won to Detroit, a team that came from 11 straight wins, that defeat was the second one for the Pistons, but the Bobcats are an outstanding team, they just hadn’t had enough luck in the court.

"I'm not surprised because we're a pretty good team, it just doesn't show in our record." Richardson said after the victory.

Is Favre ready for retirement?

Brett Favre is a well respected man in the NFL, 17 years playing professionally says alot about a quarterback that has built a Hall Of Fame career.

But after all this years, Favre seems to be near his retirement, as he is 38 and even has a daughter in college, and all the injuries from the past are likely to forced him to do so.

His strenght has really diminished lately and this just left to think that he might as well have retired 2 years ago when he spoke about it with his former Packers coach Mike Holmgren, but he decided to return for one more season, and then one more.

But people always remember the last thing you did and I think he doesn’t want to be remembered as a weak and aged quarterback, he should seriously consider leaving the game now and for good.

Even though he’s old, critics still have alot of respect for him, proof of that is the vote that he received and that didn’t allowed Tom Brady to become this season’s MVP in a unanimous way.

Many regards him as the best quarterback to ever play the game and to be eager to play after almost two decades, and having gone through personal difficulties like drug addiction, the death of his father and his wife’s battle against cancer is remarkable, he is truly an institution at Green Bay.

Favre, is the only three-time AP MVP in NFL history and his records include: most career NFL touchdown passes (442), most career NFL passing yards (61,655), most career pass completions (5,377), most career pass attempts (8,758), most career NFL interceptions thrown (288), most consecutive starts among NFL quarterbacks (253, 273 total starts including playoffs), and most career victories as a starting quarterback (160)

Leading the Packers to this years Superbowl and win it, might seal an amazing career, let’s see how much does he have to offer.

Joe Gibbs resigns as coach of the Redskins

Sean Taylor’s death really brought alot of inspiration to the Redskins at the end of the season, as his team was performing at its best in the field, but that was not enough for Hall of Famer Coach Joe Gibbs who resigned to his charge this week.

Besides losing his main safety, probably the fact that made him took such drastic decision was the NFL playoff loss who ended with all of his motivation to keep on the coach’s chair.

“It was the toughest season for me, when you go through a season like that, for a while it's kind of hard to re-grasp reality.” Gibbs said Monday.

The search for his replacement already started and among the main candidates there are two former head coaches whom were under Gibbs staff members, they are Gregg Williams and Al Saunders.

It’s being said that that the 67 year old coach is losing his management skills as in a game against the Bills he called back-to-back in the final moments, something is not allowed.

But all hopes returned when they won the last four regular-season games to claim the final playoff bert in the NFC but he failed for a second time in bringing Washington to a super bowl, much different than the 1981, 1987 and 1991 seasons when he won 3 super bowls with the Redskins, a team that is very fond of him since he coach them for 12 seasons.

Now he will remain as a special adviser to owner Dan Snyder and the rest of his time will dedicate himself to take care of his grand children who is currently suffering of leukemia.

Watch Tomlinson over the pile against Titans

Chargers acquire their first playoff victory since 1994

It’s a glorious time for the Chargers, their win to the Titans meant their first playoff victory since 1994, behind are the memories of last season’s lost to the Patriots who ended up with their illusions of making it to the post season.

In despite of the absence of star tight end Antonio Gates due to a sprained left toe, the key to the Chargers victory was quarterback Phillip Rivers who found running back LaDainian Tomlinson struggling for a well deserved victory, Rivers completed 19 of 30 for 292 yards including the pass for the winning touchdown in the hands of Tomlinson who jumped on top of a pile of players at the one-yard line to complete the play.

"I told Norv I was going to jump, so let's do a play straight at them, I told the linemen to get under them . . . and I'll jump over the top." Ladainian Tomlinson said.

Norv Turner, Chargers coach, had his head on the table as he was forced to win as he had two options, win a playoff match or getting fired, he has being coaching San Diego for less than a year when Marty Schottenheimer got dismissed from the team due to post season struggles.

"Norv was brought here in an odd situation, get us back to the playoffs and win a game in the playoffs or be a failure." Tomlinson said.

Very tight game at Qualcomm Stadium, the final score was 17-6, which is sending San Diego to the next round where they will face Payton Manning and the Colts, the current defending champions, if they survive this difficult game, they will have to see what’s going on between the Panthers and the Patriots, and of course, they will prefer to face Jacksonville than going against the best team of the season.

Suns won 104-96 to the Sonics in their 40th Anniversary

The 40th anniversary of the Suns was sealed with a tough victory over the SuperSonics at the US Airways Center.

The Sonics wanted to spoil Phoenix’s celebration but the Suns got back their power and won the game in front of the 18,422 fans that were wearing 60’s garb to honor the important date.

At the end of the first quarter, Seattle was leading 33-13 and coach Mike D'Antoni was ready to give up on his team, but by the second period Amare Stoudemire appeared and led the Suns to their 4th straight victory with a game-high 34 points, 14 in the last period. Steve Nash ended with 17 points and 10 assists, and Shawn Marion with 11 points and 14 rebounds.

By half time, the score was 45-43 and at the end of the third the Suns finally took the lead 72-63; by the 4th quarter, the score was 98-94 but Raja Bell and Stoudemire sealed the final 104-96.

The blame can be attributed to Kevin Durant, who turned the ball twice on two key plays at the end, he knew he did wrong:

"I apologize to my teammates for making bad decisions." he said.

This was the 23rd victory of the season for Phoenix, who is one of the most effective teams in the Western Conference and it meant the 200th win for D’Antoni since he began coaching the Suns at the 2004-05 season, when two time MVP Steve Nash joined the team.

Sonics coach P.J. Carlesimo wasn’t satisfied with his team’s lack of consistency

"We cooperated a bit too much, we fouled them too much. We could have won this game. Amare hurt us." he said.

The Mountaineers won the Fiesta Bowl on the hands of Pat White

Aggressiveness and speed defined yesterday’s West Virginia victory 48-28 over Oklahoma, a team that couldn’t keep his act together even though they had the position of taking control of the game during the third quarter.

The Sooners fell due to poor decisions, including a failed two point conversion and an onside kick that WV recovered in Oklahoma’s territory, Bob Stoops UO’s coach is surely regretting the choices that took away the control his team was acquiring reaching the end.

The Mountaineers speed was overwhelming for a Sooners team that didn’t performed at his best, even though they have one of the strongest defensive lines in the country, and with players like Pat White taking the initiative with a strong offensive at the second half, the victory was sealed, much different than Oklahoma Sam Bradford’s bad night (who is rated the nation’s top passer), as he got sacked 3 times, completing only 21 of 33 passes.

The Sooners have the sour taste of disappointment still fresh in their mouths as this is the second consecutive year that they lost the Fiesta Bowl, last year was against Boise State, they have also dropped 4 straight BCS games by now.

The Fiesta bowl also saw interim coach Bill Stewart getting hired officially as West Virginia’s coach due to Rick Rodriguez’s departure to Michigan.

"He's the glue that kept us together, West Virginia would be stupid not to hire him as head coach." added senior fullback Owen Schmitt.

I used to work with sheetholders and the red figure system, but I simply don’t have the time to be on top of all of them, now all my clients are handled by the same people, they even receive a more professional treatment and a more responsible attitude than they did when I was running all operation myself.

I am certainly making the same, if not more money that I was making before, it is just that now I have the time to enjoy the cash, I can travel and be available for anything that is going on, and all I am worried about is the figures increasing in my bank account, if you are in a similar situation, I would recommend Book Per Head as the best alternative, I guess it is impossible to talk about something when you haven’t had the experience, well, I do and this guys are the face of my business now, certainly my clients couldn’t have asked for more, so give it a try and send me an email or a comment about it....
